Our company was founded in 2015 by Matt and Jill Toepfer.
Matt and Jill wanted to create a safe and welcoming atmosphere for the community to access quality cannabis products. At HD BOTANICALS we want our customers to have a great experience. Our ultimate goal is to provide a welcoming environment for our coustomers.Â
Matt & Jill Toepfer met each other on the Oregon coast in 2000 and moved to La Pine in 2004 after having there 1st child. They both love the outdoors and decided that Central Oregon would be a great place to raise a family. They both went to Central Oregon Community College and earned degrees in Business Administration and General Studies. While attending college and raising there kids, they decided to open up Green Life Gardening in 2008. The garden shop was a place to buy simple gardening supplies for indoor or outdoor gardening. That same year they also has their 2nd child. While Matt ran the garden shop, Jill worked as a Medical Assistant at our local health center. Fast forward to 2015 when Oregon decided to allow Recreational Cannabis Sales; Matt knew that opening a dispensary was in the forecast. We opened our OLCC cannabis dispensary next to our garden shop in June of 2015 and then our grand opening 2 years later when we moved in our current location. The expansion was huge and created a busy work environment. More employees were needed, and Jill decided to work at HD full time to keep operations running smoothly. Currently, both Matt & Jill manage HD Botanicals operations and their Dream Team takes care of the rest.
Our dispensary is located on Hwy 97, 30 miles south of Bend, in La Pine Oregon. We are open seven days a week from 9am-9pm Monday-Sunday.
